        The product is made because our group dedicated this to anyone who always making them motivate by looking a simple but encouraging quotes. We also choose the concept of the product because of this is not just a simple key chain they will have it is cute and easy to use by the used of lock for the bag. We dedicate this product to everyone who likes anime character because even the adults recognize what is anime is.

1. Statement of the Problem

This study is for solving the problem of the Animix Incorporated in making “Me-Chain” product. The problem is:

• Why the production of “Me-Chain” product is very low?

1. General Objective

This study wants to increase the production of the “Me-Chain” product to meet the demands of the customers.

1. Specific Objective

This study aims to:

•  Minimize the time in assembling the Me-chain product.
• Minimize the process in assembling the product.
• Increase the production of “Me-Chain”
