Divide your batch into eight groups roll no wise. (E.g. for  Batch A Roll No 1 to 8 will form Group 1 , Roll No 9-16 will be Group 2 and so on. Some groups may have 7 members)

Your group has been hired by a new airline to design a passenger boarding system for them. The objective is to minimize the turnaround time of the aircraft at the airport

Propose a boarding system for them. You may like to compare existing airline practices and alternates while proposing the new system.

You need to submit the following

1. You pitch to the airline (a PowerPoint presentation)
2. Group (1, 2, 3, 4) and Group (5, 6, 7, 8) need to meet and present to each other their pitches. Identify the strength and opportunities for improvement of the proposals of the other three groups. (The meeting is of 4 groups only)

1. The success of Henry Ford till 1925s (Model T – Highland Park)
2. The success of General Motors post 1927 (Sloan)
3. The success of Toyota in the 70s and 80s
