Introduction

Richard Branson, one of the greatest entrepreneurs in the globe, the founder of Virgin Group of more than 400 companies2. Being a charismatic leader, Richard must have his high level of managerial competence in order to direct his intricate commercial empire. How can he builds up such the awesome dignity and so his subordinate would contribute to the company wholeheartedly? One of the most important reasons of why most of the employees in his company would respect him is because Richard insisted on paying much attention to the employees’ opinions as he thinks that employees are the base of the company. ‘Great oaks from little acorns grow.’ Richard can do nothing without their support. When people’s valuable comment could be successfully transferred to the boss, they would be thinking that they are really a part of the company. “For employees to treat clients in a heartfelt and attentive way, they need to love their work and be proud of the company.” - Richard Branson. Determined and Confident

To be a successful leader, you must be confident of yourself, or else, you are not able to lead a group of people. We can see that Branson is absolutely confident of himself and his company.
