My first championship

My first time winning was an amazing moment. ‘’I can’t believe we beat the Texans’’ I said. Were the best, I can’t wait to play again next year.

We ran out on the field while the crowd was chanting ‘’firedogs, firedogs’’. Finally it was time to play the championship game against the Texans, the best team for 7 years in a row.

It was first and 10, time to play “HUTT” we snap the ball to the quarterback, and he sees me in the end zone, he cocks back his arm and throws a bullet to me and I put my hands up and catch the ball, and the referee yells touchdown firedogs. And just 1 minute later they scored and that’s when we knew that it was going to be a battle all the way to the end.

So it’s half time and our coach is talking to us “come on guys we are so close, its 24 to 24 we can do this can’t we “? “YES SIR”! We said. “NOW LET’S GO”. Were on the field for the second half we are giving it our all butt it is still tied in the 4th quarter but it is time to change that.

Its tied up with 2 seconds left on the clock. “HUT” he hands off the ball to me, I go up the middle run over the linebacker and juke the safety and run into the end zone. “WE WON” yelled the team and after the game is when I realized that everything is not about winning but, just to have fun and show good sportsman ship.
