The meaning of exercise and healthy eating, and how it can prevent cardiovascular disease. Simple things you can do every day to keep your heart healthy. Take a quick look at this. Some Statistics: Only 1 person out of 3 does regular cardiovascular excersize. 2 out of 3 people can name the five cardiovascular diseases, but only 1 out of 3 can name all the causes. Insight on Cardiovascular Disease It is a collection of disease that often affect the heart and blood vessels of the body. It has six main causes: Gender, Race, Family, Diet, Activity, and Smoking the types of disease are High blood pressure, Arterial diseases, Heart attack, and Stroke. The most common causes for ALL types of these diseases are a bad diet and not enough activity. Family history, smoking, and high cholesterol diets are the main cause High blood pressure and Arterial disease. People with a healthy diet, non-smokers, and an active lifestyle are more likely to not have atherosclerosis, arteriosclerosis, strokes, and heart attacks. Tips on well eating and exercises. Plan the meals you want to have you don't necessarily have to go to the gym, do something you like. Swimming, dancing, cycling. Record your progress so you see how much improvement you've accomplished. Change up the schedule Eat regular meals in moderate portions Make changes gradually Use the Food Guide Pyramid and the Nutrition Facts panel on food labels as handy references. I found new information on the cardiovascular system and what activities I can perform to increase my health. Being healthy prevents cardiovascular diseases happening in various places in the body.
