Self-Analysis
The first question “tell me about you” I often stuttered and was confused with what I was going to say. I feel that I could have maybe relaxed a little more instead of maybe rushing through the answer. At that certain time I was over confident and that was obviously my down fall. Next time I will know that I shouldn’t memorize what say before. I believe that even though I answered with a lot of mistakes, in the video it seemed that in the middle of me being a bit confused with how to answer I calmly got through, without looking like a fool.
The second question that was asked was “what is your greatest weakness”. The way I answered the question should have been more straightforward. I seemed to have confused myself with the way that I answered it. The answer was too short, I could’ve elaborated more. But I answered the question honestly with confidence, and I think that helped me with my score. I was upright, and didn’t look away when talking.
The third question was, how I would deal with a customer that told me that they got back the wrong amount of change since it was a mock interview as a banker. I answered that I would ask for the money back, and check for myself. Then I was asked if the customer was insisting that it was still wrong, what would I do? I answered that I would tell the customer sorry but this is the right amount. What I now believe I should have done is called my manager to come help me with this issue cause maybe the customer was trying to pull a fast one, so it would be better if my manager was to oversee it. In this scenario, what I did correctly is answer the questions I knew best. Always sticking with what I said before, and never changing my answer.
