An electric car is an average more technologically advanced with electric car manufacturers like Tesla offering features for example, re-generative breaking, client interfaces which permit for software updates and autopilot driving (Woolf et al., 2005).
Our marketing objective is that we provide a better option than both buying petrol and charging which is time consuming. We also use clean energy in all our stations by using solar panels to provide electricity.
The marketing mix
Product
Our product must satisfy customer demands, requirements and needs, by providing our products which is designed to work for all types of car models.
Price
Our price plane is 50% lower than the fuel petrol and diesel. However once we start earning some revenue, we will use the money to grow and reduce prices by 20% to attract more customers.
Place.
We are going to open 3 stations in London in prime locations as London is the most populous and important city in the United Kingdom.
People
The quality of our batteries has been tasted to meet the requirements and the needs of our customers, the automated system has been programmed to be convenient for customers when using our stations.
Process
The process of our service by placing all batteries in the ready position and ready to swop with a new charged and checking the quality of the services.
The SWOT analysis having checked for the company is very promising and the company is likely to grow steadily. From the charts, the company has less expenses in their investment fund.
