After listening to the word autocratic people have a propensity to create a negative image in their minds. That’s why the style of autocratic leadership is rarely preferred in conversation and scrutiny but still it is a rampant guidance approach in present business customs. Autocratic guidance is a supervision technique in which single individual reins most of the resolution and appreciates a little participation of other cluster associates of the organization. Autocratic influential don’t include any member suggestions or advice while making decisions rather than take decisions based on their own viewpoints and preferences.

Autocratic leadership has also some amenities in some occasions in the organization, for example while decisions required to be finished promptly without consulting with a bulky cluster of people. Some projects necessitate sturdy leadership sequentially to get things accomplished rapidly and proficiently.

Charismatic leadership is the method of cheering definite actions in others by means of force to create personality, affiliation and expressive communication. Followers are being inspired to carry out things or to perform even better by charismatic leaders. This is completed by making up such enthusiasm in others that will compel them to work better for a stated purpose. The charismatic leadership style is based on a structure of bravery or heroism, acute of character, approximately of celestial origin.
