Introduction
Apple Inc, is a corporation that manufacture, design and market mobile communication, media devices, and stuffs that is related to software, networking solutions and third party digital contents and applications (http://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/companyProfile?symbol=AAPL.O). The company’s products and services includes IPAD, MACBOOK, IPHONE and software application like IOS. Their latest products would be IPAD PRO and IPHONE 6S which was just officially launched few days ago. Apple Inc was founded by Ronald Wayne, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniack on year 1976 and on the starting of just markets personal computers. Apple Inc is the world’s second largest information technology and mobile phone manufacturer after Samsung Electronics. In July 2015, Apple Inc had 115000 permanent workers total and maintains 453 official stores in 16 countries and as well as official website store Apple.com (http://www.loc.gov/rr/business/businesshistory/April/apple.html).
For this research that is focused on customer’s satisfaction of Apple’s users on their products, questions will be prepared and given out in the questionnaire form to get the final research and feedbacks in order to allow us come out with some suggestions or recommendations that will be at the ending part. Questions prepared will be mostly focusing on Apple’s products especially Iphone and Ipad, the 2 most common products people were using. The questions prepared will be asked about how customers feel about the products they were using like in the way of” Do you satisfy with the functions of latest Iphone 6?
Purpose for doing this research is to figure out the problems and get feedbacks about customer’s satisfaction from Apple’s products users. This research is also to let Apple know more about their problems that they are facing currently and could solve or make further improvements for their products or services to satisfy the users or to attract more customers. As it is focused on customer’s satisfaction, then for this research, major problems that Apple Inc currently facing will be analyzed.
