LEARNING TEAM GOALS

(May include project assignment goals, group process goals, quality level goals, etc.)

I. Communicate consistently, clearly, openly, and honestly with team members

II. Complete each assignment with the utmost level of quality and professionalism

III. Meet all established deliverable deadlines

IV. Maintain a high level of participation from all team members in all team forum discussions, meetings, etc.

a. Daily check-in is best to see if the team needs information from you

V. Ensure points of view of all team members are incorporated in the final paper

GROUND RULES

Meeting schedule, locations, attendance expectations, agenda, assignment completion, communication methods, etc.

I. Meeting Schedule

a. Agrees to meet weekly via online thread in Team B forum

b. Agree to post to all discussion threads consistently

II. Attendance Expectations

a. All team members will participate in all team communications

b. All team members should check the Team B forum at least once in a 24 hour basis

c. A timeline for responding to team decisions. Those that do not respond to questions in a timely manner will be considered to agree with the team (24 hour period).

III. Agenda

a. Elect our strongest writer to be final reviewer

b. Either assign "permanent" roles or rotate assignments, such as leader and compiler

c. Assignments will include weekly tasks with milestones

IV. Assignment completion

a. After assignment, individual progress will be tracked in our weekly threads.

b. On Saturday of each week, draft papers will be posted for all team members to review

c. After review and edits by team member, final reviewer will compile to one paper

COMMUNICATION METHODS (SUBDIVISION OF GROUND RULES)

How will the team stay in touch with each other? What are the expectations for frequency of communication? What if there is an emergency?
