• What aspects of the Learning Team experience have gone well? Provide specific examples.

There were a lot of the learning team aspects that went well. There were a few hiccups in the beginning when it came to communication but they we solved quickly. We were able to ask each other questions about the assignments, which were resolved quickly. We were clear on what each person was doing so that we all could stay on the same page with the assignments. The team was really great at taking turn on who was leader everyone did it at least once which was fun. Someone always made sure that no one was doing the same part so that every part of this assignment got done which I thought was nice. I really liked the fact that we all were nice to one another and got along well.

The question that I was presented with is, “Which aspect of the learning team experience have presented a challenge?” The only aspect of the learning team experience that may have been a hindrance is everyone being on the same page and keeping communication open. There have been times that individuals in our group had misunderstandings because of miscommunication. Also I have realized that it is a key factor to make sure that everyone knows their role in the assignments and also that it’s turned in to the instructor in a timely manner. Other than the miscommunication of team members, team collaboration is an excellent road to travel because the creative thoughts of another person can be very helpful throughout the course of learning new ideas. So with this being stated, it is great to work with others but I feel that everyone should be on the same page so that others won’t have to pick up the slack for the absent team member.
