Sassy Salon and Spa will be known to its customers as a business that strives to exceed the needs of each client. This salon will go the extra mile to provide high quality professional beauty services to the clients by ensuring all services are performed by licensed professionals, using only professional hair and beauty products. The directors, managers, and employees of this company will be expected to carry out their positions in a positive manner with the highest level of respect and integrity.
Entrepreneurs of Sassy will conduct business with distributors, staff, and clients in a respectful manner. Interaction with managers and employees is expected to be friendly and cordial. The entrepreneurs are responsible for the financial details of Sassy, running the daily salon operations, human resources, coordinating continued education classes, customer service, and marketing of the business, products, and services. Disciplinary matters will take place in private to maintain the positive, fun, and family friendly environment within Sassy.
Managers are the team leaders, who are to promote positive awareness of the professional beauty industry, encourage the highest level of integrity, and set high standards for employees to follow. It is imperative that managers are open to staff concerns, and treat employees with respect, in order to foster a positive work environment. Sassy Salon and Spa is an equal opportunity employer. If a manager has a disciplinary matter that occurs with an employee the manager is has to handle the discipline action in a professional private fashion. Any unethical matters will be investigated to within the workplace from discrimination. Managers must make sure each employee is punctual for appointments, follows safety and sanitation guidelines, and must uphold current licenses and/or registrations as required by Federal, State, and local authorities. Sassy Salon and Spa is set on creating a clean and enjoyable workplace.
