Abstract

The purpose of this research is find out the level of influences of different determinates of products and policies involving Shabab Fabrics Limited with a view to assist management to redesign the financial planning, communication system with employees, product quality to increase the level of performance to build a good platform in the industry. Data were collected from the employees of Shabab Fabrics Limited to examine perception, attitude, performance, motivation with products and polices related Shabab Fabrics Limited. Data collected by random sampling and analyzed by using SPSS. The core finding of this study are; Motivation has strong positive and significant relationship with product and policies, Perception has significant and positive relationship with product and policies, attitude has negative relationship with product and policies but it is not strong enough. This study will help to establish the path to increase the level of performance involving Shabab Fabrics Limited.

Introduction

Shabab Fabrics Limited (SFL), incorporated in the year 2004, with the aim to meet the growing demand of high quality terry towel products for international market. Initially the core competency is on terry towel manufacturing but the product range will steadily be enlarged to include the whole gamut of household textiles. SFL has the capability to offer a complete range of terry towel products. The goal of SFL is to become the preferred partner for source of high quality terry towel products from Bangladesh.

Shabab Fabrics Limited (SFL) launched commercial operation in the early 2010 with the aim to meet the growing demand of high quality terry towel products for global market. The goal of SFL is to become the preferred partner/source of high quality terry towel products from Bangladesh.

Strong Business ethics, excellences in business, creating a productive work environment, continuous improvement through sound corporate governance and dynamic employee engagement has been at the foundation of the organization to become the leading terry towel factory in Bangladesh.

SFL has the state of art Terry Towel Industry. Its Strength product is yarn dyed Jacquard as well as Dobby both the yarn dyed & solid dyed. Only SFL have the automatic Jacquard machines with the Dobby. SFL have an individual yarn dyeing factory with carrying capacity is 20 tons per day. To maintain the production efficiently - from preparatory to stitching SFL have 20tons capacity per day.
