Carnival Cruise Line PR Plan

Carnival Cruise Lines (CLL) is the biggest cruise operator in the world but is not an exception to problems faced by most ship companies (Mungin and Morgenstein, 2013). The company was faced by an accident that ruined its reputation amongst the residents. Therefore, Carnival Cruise Lines must come up with ways of protecting the residents and restoring its image to the residents of the area where the wreckage took place.

After experiencing wreckage, carnival Cruise Line had to remove it, but first, it was important to consider the residents. On the contrary, Carnival Cruise Lines must prevent technical difficulties to prevent passengers from becoming impatient. First, the cruise line should remove the ship stuck in the waters to ensure passengers safety. This process will also give Carnival Cruise Lines a positive image of caring for their clients. Building another dock ensures that the ship on the Carnival Cruise Lines are able to land. Removal of oil spilled by the ship on the waters will also be a bonus advantage for its image (Mungin and Morgenstein, 2013). This indicates that it protects the environment.

However, since the wreckage has already taken place, it is the management’s responsibility to ensure residents’ safety. First, it must involve the local authorities in the wreckage removal operations. This is because removing the remains would attract many onlookers. Failure to control the residents’ movements in the area can lead to accidents. However, authorities can play a huge role of controlling the residents and preventing them from visiting the site.

During a ship wreck, oil spills cause water pollution. The resident, especially those living near the waters, can suffer from diseases after drinking the contaminated waters.
