2) What should Ed Haldeman do regarding the underperforming Voyager Fund?

I expect your case paper to be an analytical one. Please don’t summarize the case in your paper. Please try to use OD (Organizational Development) concepts and theories from the textbook as much as you can and highlight these concepts and theories in your paper by underlining them.

Pay close attention to the feedback for your paper and try to incorporate it into your next case paper. Each day you are late in submission, you lose 1 point from your grade. Each case paper is graded based on a scale of 10 points. Your grade for the case study paper will be based on the depth of analysis, variety of OD (Organizational Development) concepts used in the analyses, and feasibility of your personal recommendations.
