Re: Doubling Sales

Dear Employees,

I am reaching out to you to discuss an employee challenge that has been brought upon us from our senior leadership team. They have asked us to review our organization, hire new employees, empower you as the employee along with establishing operational goals that will help position us to double our sales goals and build a first class organization for our company.

We believe in our existing employees that we can meet the challenge of doubling our sales goals by furthering your training and experience along with adding additional head count to support this challenge. We will also begin to review our organization to make sure that we are aligned correctly, and have the right people in place to create a first class organization.

In creating a first class organization we will be adopting a leading edge technology and increased capacity that we will be updating our employee review process to reflect our new goals and challenge each one of you by providing a Performance metric and Performance standards that will help support you in our journey.

In Closing, I hope that you will accept this mission and help us meet our department goals and company goals, as I know each one of you will be able to accomplish any task we put forth.
