Managers played an important role in an organization which dictate the company‘s future leading by determine direction, state a clear vision for employees to follow, and help employees understand the role they play in attaining goals. Managers evaluate how well the organization is achieving its goals and takes corrective action to improve performance. Managers will monitor individuals, departments, and the organization to determine if desired performance has been reached. Managers will also take action to increase performance as required.

A mere managers already have such huge responsibilities in running a company, not to mention the master manager that are applicable only to a few out there who has succeed tremendously over years. The best candidate which I would refer him or her as master manager would be AirAsia Group CEO Dato' Sri Tony Fernandes that receive the Masterclass Global CEO of the Year award at the 2nd Malaysia Business Leadership Award (MBLA) 2010 ceremony, honouring the achievements of various high profile business leaders in Malaysia and their immense contributions to the country's economy. He was indeed a great guy who turns a losing money airline into money making giant machine. He is a Malaysian entrepreneur and the founder of Tune Air Sdn. Bhd., who introduced the first budget no-frills airline, AirAsia, to Malaysians with the tagline "Now everyone can fly". He has since founded the Tune Group of companies. Before Tony makes his first debut on running an airline company, not many Malaysians have experience in travelling with aircraft due to the high expenses of MAS airline, Tony had makes their dream comes true.
