Classifying organizations and understanding their cultures depends on analyzing its cultural dimensions, (Attention to details, Outcome Orientation, Innovation and Risk taking, Stability, Team orientation, Aggressiveness, and People orientation.)
Starting with the first dimension, when talking about the Ritz Carlton, A very important aspect should be kept in mind, is its very high focus and attention to precise details.
