The first issue that I came across is that Club IT is only connected to the internet by using dial up. This type of internet service is very outdated and can be frustrating because of how slow it runs. Having a slower internet service will make it harder to run a business because it can take hours to make updates or changes. The dial up connection is going to limit the owners and management team on certain tasks that need to be done in order to successful run the club. They have created a personal web site for all employees that will allow them to log in and out for the day, check their pay stubs, and see who the top performer is for the month. Since they are using the dial up connection it will be a daunting task to get all that information on to the website.

In order for Club IT to be more up to date with their customers they need to make their information available by allowing access to their phone of choice. As of right now the only way a customer can purchase tickets for Club IT is by making a phone call or talking to a person at the club. This can be very inconvenient
