Determine the leadership style that Peter Vyas exhibited as he considered the group’s proposal and provide examples of his behavior.
Peter vyas was indeed a democratic leader who would want to perform his duties using who and what he has to his advantage without necessarily closing a portion of business and count his losses incurred to the company. He exhibited his leadership skill by committing to do for the third time a twice failed project. However he had faith in his team who had had their set back as a result of the record of the past stirring the team in the eye. He had committed the company to seek new innovation and he was able to achieve this by collaborating with the vice president of corporate R&D to introduce some key ITC technicians to his project technical team. As a democratic leader he hears his team out and also surrounds himself with individual who can bring value to the table. With this, he demonstrates visionary leadership. This helped the team to determine a potential market. Also, he had accessed that he can influence the market by setting up focus groups whose interested is in developing potential market for the technologies.
Simultaneously, he asked Wagner to do a first-cut market assessment to identify potential opportunities for the technology. Over the next few weeks, through focus groups and interviews with potential customers, he uncovered several promising applications. He was also a situational leader who is referred to as a having sneaked out of her comfort zone to inspire yet firm.

Cynthia Jackson was a transformational leader; Firstly, she believed in the ART’s Water Management Division that they can recover from their losses as fast as possible; particularly with a background of being young and thirsty to create a change to the whole establishment, she wanted to go all out to create the desired change. However, it is important to note that not all newly promoted bosses like to work on dying projects. They usually prefer to take projects working to another level.
