Production Manager

Responsibilities:

– Ensure plant is operating within its most efficient cost while ensuring quality and efficiency are at its optimal level.

– Plan production effectively using available resources.

– Upkeep and maintain plant machineries.

– Ensure availability of packaging and raw materials for use in production.

– Housekeeping of the plant, safety and discipline of the workforce.

– Coach and guide subordinates for more effective plant operations.

– Provide clear direction top-down for better communication and alignment.
