2. E-commerce could help grow Ruh's business in many ways. It could allow Ruh's business access to customers almost everywhere. First of all, e-commerce builds greatest strengths- customers' relationships. Second, e-commerce systems is designed to generate an order, authorized the credit card purchase, and contact a supplier in a matter of few minutes, all without human assistance. Ruh's business could also use a e-commerce as opportunity to compete with bigger companies on a more level playing field.
3. I think he needs to be present all the time on the Web. It is important for Ruh's business to have a clear web presence. It is imperative that the world is able to see what he is doing, what product development is going on in his company and what other activities his company is developing.
4. The internet is the greatest communication network ever devised. You can give information, as often as you like, in as much detail as you like. You can show your products, with photographs, videos or on-line demonstrations. You can raise awareness of your business. You can receive invaluable feedback. You can move the entire sales process on-line. I'm not saying the Ruh's business will fall ignoring internet, it would just not be so successful like it is with the internet.
