Employee contract

This agreement shows the binding contract between the employee_______________________ and the employer__Fatema Al Ghaithi on certain legal terms, conditions, laws and rules which are based under the UAE federal Laws and policies and the company’s conditions for this position. Hereby this letter proofs the settlement in negotiation of both parties and renewing the contract of employee for better performance success at Nail the Deal Company.

Position Title: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • achieve the targets
  • Overview the sales
  • Plan new marketing strategies
  • Adapt the new ways of communication strategies for better results
  • Build new sources for marketing

Terms, conditions, compensation and vacation

Due to the compensation, many services will be made as every target which will be achieved is going to be credited with the rate of __4 percent. Bonuses and extra time will be given more. The working hours go down to the labor laws in UAE as the payment of each month goes as fixed salary around___6500 AED only. Any terms where the targets are not made will be loss in the incentives which will be given at a percentage rate. The first 3 months will be counted as probation depending on the performance in these months. The vacations will be given on every 12 months of completing at work and will be given 1 year. The visa will be given for 3 months including the benefits that the company provides from the health insurance and other needs as assets. Anything which is not written in this contract if results between the both parties then this contract is terminated. For any health problems which may result in the visa applicant in UAE can terminate this contract as well.
