E) OFFER OPENING PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT:
Thereafter, the merchant banker procures the publishment of public announcement in one English and one Hindi national daily with wide circulation and a regional language daily with wide circulation at the place where the registered office of the target company is situated and at the place of the stock exchange where the shares of the target company are most frequently traded. The public announcement shall be made not later than 4 working days of the date of triggering event.
