Coca Cola Company is the most successful beverage in the past 50 years which is strategic communication. Coca cola indication their mission documents to stake holders in terms of using strategic management and they should reshape a more detail about formal mission statement. Regarding vison statement it’s veiled in its website and it falls of controlling the company’s future they are more thoroughly supports in terms of company strategy, the company should also be reformed in order to offer a detail tract for future and goals

Political
Literally, Myanmar is now weak at setting the law for the foreign direct investment projects. Coca-Cola is officially franchised in 2013 and already got the acknowledgement from Myanmar FDA for Coca-Cola products. Coca-Cola’s one of the main objectives is to reach the standard of human workplace and rights in 2020 so the company is mainly emphasized on issues and payments of the employees. So the ethics department is trained for handling well with the employees’ request for payment which is confirmed by the Myanmar government and any other issues of the employees.
Economic
From 2013 to 2016, the exchange rate is higher year by year. In 2013, the exchange rate difference is 1009 kyats but in now the exchange rate is over 1300 kyats. So the cost of the producing rate is also rising up. The price of Coca-Cola normal product with 425 ml plastic bottle was 150 kyats in 2013 but in now the price was 300 kyats. Furthermore, the Myanmar government adds in taxation for foreign companies so the company increases the product price to cover up the high tax rate.
Social
The majority groups of the customers in Myanmar are teenagers, housewives and children. Nowadays, the fast food is well matched with the carbonated soft drink. In Myanmar, the fast food restaurants like Pizza hut, the pizza company and KFC are officially franchised so the carbonated soft drink are trendy and sold together with the fast food. Coca-Cola produced other product lines for customers who prioritize the healthy products which are zero cola, diet cola, and energy drink, etc and for those kinds of products; the company decreases fat and sugar percentage for customers who are interested in diet or has the disease.
