With the present ever-rising cost of living, middle income and high-income consumers are being severely stretched. The era of ubiquitous cameras and the recording women in their special moments for eternity, it is time for a high-end wardrobe swap and snap up, thus our Double Red Carpet SS UP is conceived. This is an environmentally friendly and economically sustainable business model that will help slim down their closets and rejuvenate their pocket books plus make the hubbies all fussy and warm.

We are an e-commerce wardrobe SS UP company helping women swap expensive clothes and accessories that were only used once or twice. In addition to that, those women who have nothing to trade or swap can snap up a bargain.

Our primary target markets will be women aged 18-65. The secondary target markets are those teenagers having special occasions like Prom, Debut and Acquaintance Party, Graduation Ball and many other special valued occasions.

When women are shopping in that so expensive mall or boutiques they can check the price and compare it to ours using the one click mobile app, Facebook page, and our own website. However, our subscribed customers can only view those one of a kind and limited edition clothes and accessories.

Our revenue will mainly come from the subscription and transaction fees. They have to give their credit card details once they subscribed to see the exclusive and limited edition clothes. The transaction fee will apply to every exchange and to those women who see something they want to snap up.

There are existing competitors but we have different target markets, thus we believe that these special occasion clothes need a special market space.
