As time flies, females' social status has been promoted and gradually gender difference no longer a big issue at workplace. Planning, organizing, leading and controlling are usually described as four basic job of a manager ( Carisen, 2008 ). According to the research I have done, most of them show both male and female provide different strength and weakness in terms of managing styles, leadership, professionalism, productivity and etc. Therefore, the aim of this study will look into different factors influence both genders in managing organization context.
Before exploring the advantages and disadvantages of male and female, it is necessary to be aware of what contribute to a good manager.
