Executive Summary
The company that I choose to analysis is Ford Motor Company (Ford). It is one of the largest auto companies in the world. I found that the Ford is suitable to set up operations in our country, because of their international strategy, HR training system and company size, although it also has some risk that we need to take care about. Ford will promote our auto industrial and bring our people to a higher living standard. So In general, it is a very good choice we choose Ford to set up operations in our country.

Ford operates in two sectors: Automotive and Financial Services. The Company manufactures or distributes automobiles across six continents. Its automotive brands include Ford and Lincoln. The Company's automotive sector includes Ford North America, Ford South America, Ford Europe, and Ford Asia Pacific Africa regions. The Financial Services sector offers various automotive financing products to and through automotive dealers. This sector provides financing products, which include retail installment sale contracts for new and used vehicles; leases for new vehicles to retail customers, government entities, daily rental car companies, and fleet customers. From 2009 to 2012 Ford’s annual revenue keep increase from 116,283M to 134,252M, and gross profit also increase from 11,907M to 18842M.
