Determine the HRM practices that align with the company’s business strategy.
One of the strategic HRM business practices for Miami switchboard in
relationship with employment starts with the screening and selection of the
Helpline counselors. Helpline counselors will be carefully screened and
selected through several processes, including preparation of an extensive
application form, personal interviews and on-going evaluation throughout
the core training and supervision. Training is an integral part of the success
and efficiency of its operation and instrumental to employee development
within their jobs and preparation for career advancement. Enhance and
encourage a positive and distinctive culture for effective management and
recognizable job security.
How hiring more women and promoting them can improve the competitive advantages for a company.
Companies that are better able to recruit, develop, retain and promote
diverse employees have a competitive edge already. By making the
workplace more diverse and inviting, can provide the organization to
become the employer of choice. This will create a work environment in
which employees feels empowered and inspired to achieve their full
potential.
Switchboard of Miami can provide a management training that emphasizes
diversity in leadership style. To advance women into leadership roles,
Switchboard of Miami has to be able to identify and develop strategies to
counteract specific barriers inhibiting the recruitment, promotions and
