Resident advisor need to have the strong desire to help students to make their life better, he should be a friendly and impartial person and he have to be sensitive to the needs of others. Also he have to be open-minded because students who live in dorm came from different cultures and he have to respect their beliefs, religions and their ways of living. He should have good listening and communication skills even he can solve students' problems. Also he must to be approachable person even residents trust him and share him fears and concerns.
