1  INTRODUCTION

1.1 PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING

The design firm has been growing to a point that expanding to another location is in the horizon. The current use of technology is applied for day to day operations while not taken advantage of for helping in making business decisions. In utilizing business analytics would help in making informed decisions and creating strategic planning.
