Abstract
Beaumont Health Systems is one of the top health systems in the state of Michigan. The policies that they have developed and implemented throughout the years have helped them become and remain competitive in attracting talented employees. As time goes by, it’s important to be able to see the change, before the change arrives. The organizations who are industry leaders are constantly evolving. The policies and procedures that they have created provide a solid structure for the organization. Eventually, they will need to be refined in order to remain competitive.

The original Beaumont Hospital has evolved into a teaching, research, and referral hospital that is the largest inpatient hospital in the country. Their medical staff includes more than 3,700 physicians representing more than 91 medical and surgical specialties. Beaumont is named after William Beaumont,
