INDIVIDUAL RESTAURANT ANALYSİS FOR SOKAK EV YEMEKLERİ
Sokak Ev Yemekleri is a restaurant which specialized with home cooking. The restaurant has one branch. It is located in Bilkent Park Sitesi. Customers can eat their meal at inside or at outside. I visited the restaurant and reconnoitred the restaurant. Some advices could be given by based on my reconnoitration and other sources. Restaurant can be described in terms of these items:

Location
Location of Sokak Ev Yemekleri is good a good located restaurant. It is the Bilkent Park Sitesi. Bilkent Park Sitesi is a huge settlement there are many aparmentments in it. Target market of this restaurant is Bilkent University students and occupants of Bilkent Park Sitesi. Transportation to this area is not problemetic. There is a bus stop near the city. Bilkent University’s buses and public buses stop at the bus stop. Sokak Ev Yemekleri is 500 meters away from the bus stop.
Parking area is a problem of restaurant. There is a parking lot near the restaurant but, it is for Bilkent Park Sitesi occupants. Parking lotsa re generally full and customers are parking their cars a little away. It makes restaurant less preferable because most of the Bilkent University students have their own cars.
Target Market

Altough the exterior area of the restaurant is quite narrow, the garden near the extreior area creates a more spacious environment. Children of the families can enjoy in the kindergarden. Students can spend their time after at the green space after they eat their meal. Garden has a huge effect on the target market. Garden of the Sokak Ev Yemekleri creates positive image to their target market.
