They are doing very well in Chinese market, they have hotlines, online FAQ, and official E-mail to receive feedbacks or questions from the customers. In other wise, IKEA use the same standardization to make products in Chinese market. In that case, the corporation can ensure there will be fewer issues will be appeared in the products. And then, IKEA also use the same standard to choose the raw-material suppliers. Raw-material is the most important thing for furniture, it decides the quality of the products. Therefore, IKEA use the same standard to control the raw-materials. The company set a way call IWAY for controlling the raw-materials. And then, IKEA pays more attention to the future life, in that case, they use more sustainable materials, such as bamboo, wood, and better cotton. Therefore, IKEA can make sure that they can use the same standard raw-materials to make the products, so that they can reduce the issues of products as low as possible. IKEA is not able to ensure they can always produce the best products, so they use their strict standard to reduce the issues products.
