If you end up being very successful with your business and you want to expand out of the United States into other countries, you want to make sure that you consider the many Cultures there are in other countries. Communication and negotiation with different cultural backgrounds could be difficult if you don’t plan ahead and do your research on the certain culture. To be successful you need to know about the culture that way you don’t offend anyone without even noticing. I have been lucky enough for my franchise to be doing business in China, Mexico, Israel, and the UAE. I have also been lucky to have the help and participation of each of the countries. They will help with the making of the restaurants, and it will bring their culture to each franchise.

Having an accomplishment in the making of the restaurants in these countries depends on how the investors from the different cultures take an understanding of each other. There should be a conference held, this conference will be to give more details with the mission and try and get everyone to get to know one another. The things that will need to be learned about are the: ideas, principles, traditions, and another beneficial information on there every day living. This is beneficial because the more you know about the other cultures the more you will be able to talk about and start discussions. The reality that the investors from: China, Mexico, Israel, and the UAE are sticking with their people and not socializing with everyone else shows ethnocentricity. This is an enlightening incident signifying that they talk diverse languages and display untrustworthy manners. Other things that intensify ethnocentricity consist of traditions and your type of ethnic group. As a result, they can only communicate fine within their group. With this their is a need for contact outside of their groups. A lot of people don’t like change and they don’t like to get to know other peoples cultures as being better than other peoples. As a result, accepting other cultures in production circumstances like this can be extremely hard because a certain individual will not have a high opinion in favor of other customs and way of life.

China, Mexico, Israel, and the UAE represent dissimilar cultures. In order for them to be able to comprehend one another, we will have to show them what the traits are, when it comes to being the intercultural talker. Any and or all information with the differences in these cultures will be very helpful. If the meeting is successful, that means I did my research well on all cultures and gave all necessary information for them to understand and want to get to know each other.
