This report wills tell us TheJD Wetherspoon plc was founded by Tim Martin who opened the first JD Wetherspoon pud in 1979.He based his model for a pub on a 1946 essay by George Orwell which referred to an imaginary pub called ‘Moon Under Water' .In this report, it will be analyzed this company by SPELT and SWOT, and then will mention this organizational culture, business strategy, change and then to explain and evaluate these information.

SWOT analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business venture. It involves specifying the objective of the business venture or project and identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieving that objective. Any analysis must have some subjective evaluation, it also include SWOT analysis. For this, before to analyze, J D Wetherspoon plc need to have a specific plan and during analyze must rely on the impersonal thinking. And then they must know their realistic situation clearly and deeply, they must keep their strength and hold the opportunity, and need to find the best way to change the weakness factor and face the threats. However, It is only when the potential implications of this information on the organization is conducted that you start to get any really meaningful analysis. During the analysis, the company must rely on their own real situation, and the analysis must be measurable and the source of analysis must be accuracy and clear. After the analysis, the company will doing something to deal with the drawback and enhance the merit, but they must know if they use the wrong way to deal these things, it may lead some bad things such as strength change to the weakness, on the contrary, the threats may also can be the opportunity, so it require the company must pay more attention about it and deal if flexibility and correctly.
