Abstract
In the assignment, I choose McDonald's Corporation as a business organization and talk about a variety of ethical issues in its business like employees' rights, conflicts and responsibilities; marketing strategy; professionalism; information technology; communication; freedom of action; censorship on the internet; computers and work; law; security etc. in the initial part of this assignment. I also choose Singapore as a country and give details highly Singapore's legal system, sources of law, court structure, different forms of business allowed to operate and the laws governing them, dispute resolution procedures/options available and their effectiveness, laws relating to copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs and their effectiveness etc. include in next part. As a concluding point, I give enlightenment the changing of McDonald's Corporation due to the effects of globalization, development in information, communication and technology & Unilever's culture, power, politics, law, choice and so on.

McDonald's restaurants are run by either franchisees, affiliates, or the corporation itself. Most of its revenues come from the rent, royalties and fees paid by the franchisees and form sales in company-operated restaurants. The business of McDonald's begun in 1940, with a restaurant opened by brothers Dick and Mac McDonald in San Bernardino, California. McDonald's products include hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken products, French Fries, breakfast items, soft drinks, milkshakes, and desserts.
