Throughout his career, Jack Armstrong proved to be successful in the management organization industry. His track record of setting and reaching company goals, lead him to achieve organizational targets in an effective and efficient manner in the area of sales throughout his professional experience. Although, Jack held various positions throughout his career, Jack continued to strive and push to reach his goals. Jack began his career with a Technology Company in the sales department. In a short two-year period, the technology company promoted him to Regional Sales Director. A year within the promotion, Jack demonstrated an interest in a marketing manager position within the organization, but the job was offered to another individual holding a senior sales position. Jack sure enough did not settle for less and moved on to pursue a job with a travel products company as a marketing manager. His remarkable persistence, creativity, and relentless data research helped him achieve his ambition of launching a new product called “Super-Lightweight Folding Compact Chair”. The sales derived from the product empowered Jack to seek a promotion, but when the company took an eternity to answer his request, Jack decided it was best to move on to bigger and better things for him. Jack pursued a Vice President position with a consumer products firm. His background and success in sales lead upper management in the consumer products firm to eye him. The company offered him an opportunity to lead a team in developing countries in the area of sales. It seemed appropriate at the time to accept the offer, but Jack knew that if he accepted the offer, it would side track him of his goal of becoming a CEO before the age of 40. Jack was thankful for the offer but knew it was best to stick to his long-term plan. Shortly after neglecting the offer, Jack moved forward to accept a job as a Divisional President at a consumer electronics firm. After jumping into several jobs throughout his profession, Jack finally figured this was dream job. Unfortunately, his dream job was at stake due to an aggressive push he thought was the right decision. Since Jack was known for his pushy assertiveness and aggression to uphold tight deadlines, Jack pushed to launch a new sleek high-fashion combination cell phone and music video player within an eight-month period. He pushed the marketing team to design the product while taking charge of a successful promotional campaign to promote the upcoming project. Unluckily, as the seven-month approached Jack received bad news. He was informed that the product revealed that the placement of the cell phone antenna was producing an extremely weak signal. It seemed like the only solution to the problem was to sell a kit containing an antenna and adapter but either way the solution only caused the product to delay by months. His pushiness ended up with the possibility of having his job at stake when thousands of orders for the product
