Describe the job (with title) and daily duties.
An IT Security Analyst detects and prevents cyber threats to the company and its organization. Every day, you will search out the weaknesses of your infrastructure (software, hardware and networks) and find creative ways to protect it. The daily duties of a Security Analyst include planning and implementing security measures to protect computer systems, networks and data. Another duty is to establish plans and protocols to protect digital files and information systems against unauthorized access, medication, and/or destruction. Also, Security Analyst are responsible for preventing data loss and service interruptions by researching new technologies that will effectively protect a network.
Describe the industry (Entertainment? Banking? Real Estate?)
Through the decades, the video game industry has rapidly improved the technology to home gaming, and made arcades nonexistence. The industry that I am interested in is the video game industry, and more specifically the company Blizzard Entertainment. Blizzard Entertainment stands tall in the gaming industry through its great success in many game genres and dominating titles. Blizzard revolutionized and refined the concept into many core genres of PC gaming with their Warcraft and StarCraft titles (PC Retroview: Dune II)
