In this paper we discuss the theory of the three authors about leadership . First, a summary of each authors' theory is given. Each of the writers think and believe differently from the define leadership. Although there are connections between their ideas . Beliefs that many years of experience and research they originated.

Some managers just manage to carry their office, They might as well be in the office and is dedicated to their work, But people have no sense of obligation towards them, these managers are merely employees of the company must obey the law. In contrast, Managers who make them "acceptable" are defined. These leader may not have external characteristics, such as the office manager and their income is not too high. But people tend to them and they love to work with them, The whole team revolves around these people together, and in this way they can achieve great gains .Given this reality, Daniel Goleman proposes a solution to this leadership:

Emotionally Intelligent

Psychologist Daniel Goleman correlates leadership success with awareness of one's own feelings and the feelings of others. Emotionally intelligent leaders are expert managers of themselves and their relationships with others, and consequently they are masters of influence (but in a good way). He believes that ‘Emotions are really more powerful than intellect’ and also ‘Emotions are contagious’ .

Due to my experience in 10 years, I completely agree with this idea. I became increasingly faced with this dilemma.In the beginning, I saw employees who were depressed and instead employees were absolutely euphoric. Especially in teamwork , effectiveness of the work was very clear sense of their present.At first I thought I would divide employees into groups with similar feelings in average. Individuals with characteristics similar intellectual achievements were doing better than those with different feelings.

As Daniel pointed out I concluded that because of an association or business leaders or employees manage their emotional intelligence We must be aware of the following four aspects of emotional intelligence: emotional self-awareness, emotional self-management, awareness of others' emotions and managing relationships with others.

I can see myself always asking whether a successful leader must be a professional psychologist in the workplace?

Due to this undeniable truth, always win leaders in various communities with thoughts, feelings, thoughts and interests of people who are familiar.

An example would be to make it clear that: Suppose first want to teach your child skiing.
