To have a successful business, goals must serve the needs of the Market, the needs of the company and of course, the needs of the employees. For one organization, objective goals must contribute directly to business strategies. They must be clear and understandable and directly depend on the company Management. On the other hand, leading attitudes and characteristics of the managers determine how the employees will work, and from that point, how will the company work on its way to success. Good management is essential to all organizations. Besides planning, organizing and controlling, leading is a crucial component of Management. Good managers must be good leaders as well and have the ability to influence people toward the attainment of goals.
