2.0 Background- The learning organisation
2.1 What is learning organization?
The concept of learning organisation has been around for more than 10 year, different theorist has come up with their own explanations but it have the same which is that the organisation continuously learns or an organisation which encourage learning in its people. Throughout the year there has are vast different approach which are being adopted by many organisation. Some theorists don't agree at the effectiveness of adopting learning organisation because of barriers such as competition and political factor than might hinder the effective. But a number of organisation which has surpassed these barrier think differently because by implementing the learning culture in their organisation they achieve outstanding result.
There are a lot of theories definition but here is one that would best explain it .It is where an organization is skilled at creating, acquiring, interpreting, transferring, and retaining knowledge, purposely modifying its behavior to reflect new knowledge and insight(Garvin, A.D,2000)

"Learning organisation are organisation where people continually expand their capability to create the result they truly desire, where new and expansive pattern of thinking are nurtured, where collective aspiration is set free, and where people are continually learning to see the whole together" –( Senge. P, 1990)

Personal Mastery It is one of most important discipline for an organisation to adopt to, it focuses on the individual self-development, setting the individual personal vision and developing their objective and improving patience.
Sharing Mental Model Everyone has different way of thinking, difference in view and assumption. Thinking as a collective by sharing knowledge, experience opinion, views and assumption will turned the organisation into 1 organism which is to have the same mental state.
Share Vision Share vision build the sense of communication in the group by developing shared images of the future they desire. People are committed to excel and change their future, people in the organisation will have a mindset of learning voluntarily rather then they have to or they are asked to
