With the rise of foreclosures due to an uncertain economy, fragile housing market, recession fears, and high unemployment have left a lot of foreclosed homes on the market. Now is the time to jump in and help asset management companies, Realtors, REO Specialists, and the list goes on and on. The foreclosure cleaning businesses are essential for these companies because they rely on the foreclosure cleaners to get the property ready to get back on the market. Former homeowners or renters that move from a foreclosed home often, will leave almost everything they own behind: including clothes, furniture, appliances, and a lot of trash. The holders of the foreclosed homes need to have specialized foreclosure cleaners prepared to enter the premises and remove what is left. Boone Foreclosure Cleaning Service specializes in removal of garbage etc. lock changes, landscaping and general cleaning of the property. We also have a handyman on hand that we contract through our jobs if he is needed. He offers a variety of services, and for bigger jobs, we have a contractor on call also. We will get the bids from them as needed. For any business to move forward, it should have a vision, mission and value statements included in its business model. The importance of these statements is immeasurable. These are what separates the business from its competition. For Boone Foreclosure Cleaners these statements are the goals and plans that is what makes us unique and undoubtedly separates us from the competition. The values we stand behind will allow Boone Foreclosure Cleaners to execute strategies and remain competitive in the market.
Mission Statement
Boone Foreclosure Cleaning Service’s mission is to provide honest, dependable, cleaning services in an environmentally sound and professional manner. We are dedicated to giving each customer peace of mind of knowing that the job will be done to their specifications and in a timely manner.
A mission statement distinguishes what a company is, why it exists, its reason for being. The mission statement indicates exactly what your business is all about to your customers, employees, suppliers and the community. It is not just a reading of business but a look at their commitment to the organization. A mission statement can be used as a motivational tool within a company; it can give employees something to work towards a common goal that benefits both the company and themselves.
Vision Statement and Business Model1
As[b] a company, we aspire to be recognized to be the go-to cleaning business for all asset management companies, REO agents, Realtors, and banks for superior foreclosure cleanout jobs. According to (David & David, 2017), “a manageable set of the most attractive alternative strategies must be developed, examined, prioritized, and selected. The advantages, disadvantages, trade-offs, costs, and benefits of these strategies should be determined.” By having a business model, it provides us with a map of the different functions and services that our company produces. Our business model ensures that we provide our services to our customers in the most efficient and effective manner.
