INTRODUCTION
I would like to choose one of the companies that is very prominent in my home country and has been delivering excellent products since my child hood and creating beautiful reminiscences which is the TATA group,.
Tata is India’s oldest and largest private sector business entity. Founded in 1868, the group now consists of more than 100 companies, with a turnover of more than $70bn. It has a wide range of interests, with companies trading in fields as diverse as steel, cars and trucks, chemicals, IT consultancy, retailing and hotels.
The Tata group is highly decentralised, and member companies have great autonomy in terms of strategy and operations. The main instrument for unifying the group is the Tata corporate brand, which embodies values that are shared by all companies in the group.
which is considered to be 11th most reputable company in the world according to ASSOCHAM survey.
Tata group is a multinational conglomerate company which has its headquarter’s in Mumbai, India, which has operations in more than 80 countries and is present in almost every industry sector from manufacturing salt to automobile industries. It was founded in 1869 by jamshetji tata and is currently lead by Cyrus pallonji mistry who took over ratanji Tata in 2012.

CONSUMERS PERCEPTION ABOUT QUALITY
There are various things that we can attribute to the factors that affect quality but in the consumer point of view the foremost important thing is their perception about a product that can be attributed to the quality of the product
The human brain is so marvelous that the perceptions of the people are not parallel all the time but they are divergent which makes us comment that consequently perceptions of humans are elusive.
When we go to different set of industries and ask them about quality the answers are numerous
For example for an athlete the quality of shoes would be grip, light weight and other specific requirements needed for a specific sport such as studs for footballer where as for a regular teenager quality would be fashion statement, style, design, long-lasting health of the product and color. The banker will answer “service,” health care worker will answer “quality health care and Personally as an intern at glaxo Smith Klein in the department of marketing, quality for me is competitive edge marketing strategies that have popularity and innovation Where as for a customer the quality of the strategy implemented would be creative, appealing and ethical factors.
