Executive summary
Nowadays, employee motivation is playing as an important role in organization. This paper examines the motivation factors which influence on employee satisfaction at the workplace. Maslow’s theory of needs and Herzberg’s Motivation-Hygiene Theory are used as guidance. This paper survey and analyze employees’ satisfaction and motivation factors at Asia Royal hospital in Myanmar and also studies employees’ satisfaction upon job and motivation factors of random people by using Facebook. The analysis detected that lack of motivation factors in local companies of Myanmar and employees’ dissatisfaction lead disloyalty to job and lead to high rate turnover too. Group discussion is made to overcome those.

Abstract
This study examined the motivation factors which influence on the employees satisfaction. We did survey motivation factors which influence on employee at two groups one is random people from Facebook and another is at Asia Royal private Hospital in Yangon. Twenty four employees from Asia Royal private Hospital are tested in survey as we want to discuss motivation factors in our research paper.
