Yes we positioned our product from our competitors through our tagline which is ‘open happiness’. This creates a separate or distinguish image on the minds of our customers.
3: Has the firm’s market share been increasing?
Yes our firm market share has been increasing by 10%.
4: Are present channels of distribution reliable and cost effective?
Yes our present channels of distribution are reliable.
5: Does the firm have an effective sales organization?
Our company maintain the quality of product. We increase our sale though distribution channels computerize invoice. And our vendor promotes it in the market.
6: Does the firm conduct market research?
Every year through reliable research data collected we manage our sales on a statistically basis.
7: Are product quality and customer service good?
