Introduction
Nowadays opening of the restaurant is one of the most attractive perspective for investment and starting own business because demand in this sphere grows year by year. Especially in the neighborhood with office centers or residential apartments. Employees can have lunch of good quality prepared fast for nice price. Or local inhabitants can come for dinner and enjoy some specialties from the chief at evening.
So, this Marketing Plan guides the opening of Restaurant “Evropa” which will be situated on Vyskočilova str, 4 in the advantageous area of BB Centrum, Brumlovka; aimed for not only the employees from the office buildings around, but also business visitors and inhabitants of local apartment residences (Baaruv Park and Residence BB Centrum)
This Marketing Plan will cover company profile, its vision and mission and all the necessary analysis: environmental, target market and SWOT.
Company information
“Evropa” is going to be a restaurant offering its clients specialties of European cuisine. The menu will permanently include specialties of Mediterranean, Czech, German and French cuisine (salads, soups, starters, main dishes of meat and seafood, grilled specialties, desserts) and different beverages including standard non-alcoholic, draft beer, wine and strong alcohol. The restaurant will possess 80 to 100 places both smoking and non-smoking zones. In summer 20 more places can be added outside.

As it was said in the Introduction part restaurant “Evropa” will be situated in the very advantageous place of the Brumlovka area. Here are situated a lot of office buildings of the international business center “BB Centrum” - Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F and Buildings Alpha, Beta (where “Evropa” is situated), Gamma and Delta (Delta is now on the final step of construction) – total 250 000 m2 of space, 5200 parking places. Together these buildings can house 15 000 employees. There are 50 companies having offices in BB Centrum; among the largest are UniCredit Bank, O2 Czech Republic, ČEZ, Hewlett-Packard, DAS, GE Money Bank, Microsoft, SAP, etc.
