From my understanding I would say that the Zappos Company is all about the Societal Marketing Orientation. The reason I am going with this is because it is meant to make marketing morally, socially, and ethically responsible. Zappo’s does that, Zappo’s did not want their brand just to be about the product they offer, like shoe’s, clothing. They wanted their brand to be about gibing the customers the best service and customer experience. They did not want one department to run this area they wanted the whole company to run this area. They also did not stop with just the “brand”. The Zappo’s company believes by extending their hands and helping and caring within their communities and outside of their communities. They have adopted a room in the CFWF (The Center for Women and Families). Zappos spent a lot of time with the CEO and the staff of the CFWF and they see it was much more than a shelter, they seen it as volunteer work and a good learning experience. They learned what they do at the CFWF. Zippos’ also donated 300 Bearpay Boots to local charity in Louisville, Ky. It does not stop there.

Zappos’ focuses on stakeholder’s happiness and contributed to their success. Zappos’ seems to have its core values and their different business models in order. They have ten core values that they go by within their company. Zappos’ is an organization with high levels of trust and happier, healthier employees. They are a prime example of an organization were trusting employees and their subsequent empowerment, has been a major factor in the company’s success. They have all levels of morality covered just in the core values and here are all ten of them:

1. Deliver WOW through service;

2. Embrace and drive change;

3. Be adventurous, creative and open-minded

4. Pursue growth and learning

5. Build
