Motivation in Company

Introduction
In working environment, people always face with diversity that they think they
are different from other; as a consequence, this diversity somehow causes significant
obstacle to employees to work cooperatively with each other, thereby producing badworking
environment. Diversity can be considered any dimension that differentiates a
person from another1. In general, diversity may refer to variety such as age, ethnicity,
education, gender, race, religion, and so on. In order to combat diversity, goodworking
environment must be created. Thus, Haman Resource Department needs to
find good and effective strategies to promote good-working environment and
eliminate uselessness of diversity.
To find good and applicable strategies for promoting good-working environment,
first, in this paper, I am going to talk about fair treatment in the company. Then,
training program will be discussed more for another factor that can promote goodworking
environment. Next, employee's benefit and incentive is added for another
discussion. Finally, suggestion and recommendation will be drawn into conclusion
part.
I. Faire treatment
It is normally known that in workplace there are many people working with each
other must have something that is different from each other such as age, gender, color,
education, and so on. If these various diversities are treated unfairly, certainly tension
and jealousness will take place in workplace, thereby leading to failure of teamwork.
In order to keep working morality high and promote good-working environment, fair
treatment must be practiced by every organization so that employee will feel happy to
work with each other. The Labor Law states that all workers are equal and shall not be
discriminated on the basis of sex, race and religion and so on2.
Obviously, when employees are treated fairly, high morality in workplace will
