One worrying facet that requires a change in my personal life is my drinking habits. This change would be beneficial because I will be able to maintain my good health long into the future. This is because research and scientific evidence has revealed the full extent of alcohol in the human body. Drinking is primarily responsible for a number of health defects that individuals suffer over their lives because it harms the major body processes. Alcohol has for years been a leading cause in the contraction of diseases with a high fatality rate in the country. Thus, changing my drinking habits will turn out to be beneficial in the future when I will have my full health.

My habits of constantly attending parties and going to bars are developing a negative lifestyle trend. Overindulgence in alcohol has cost people their families, jobs and friends.
